Comprised of approximately 250 corporations, trade associations, and professional firms, and founded over 40 years ago; the IACC is the world’s oldest and largest organization representing exclusively the interests of companies concerned with trademark counterfeiting, piracy, and the related theft of intellectual property.
IACC members include many of the world’s best-known brands from a broad cross-section of industries such as luxury goods and apparel, automotive, consumer goods, entertainment, pharmaceutical, and other product sectors.

Position Description
We are a fast-growing organization looking for one energetic, team-oriented, and motivated professionals to grow with us. As a Program Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to our one-of-a-kind online Intellectual Property (IP) enforcement programs. The Program Analyst will provide hands-on support to companies, big or small, looking to enforce their intellectual property on international e-commerce platforms by helping to process infringement complaints and providing Chinese language support.

Responsibilities
The Program Analyst role is executed under the supervision of the Program Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Process participant submissions: Review and ensure all participants’ submissions are made in accordance with operational guidelines. Process complaints, disputed claims in accordance with program protocols. Track relevant deadlines and participants’ responses. Effectively communicate with English-speaking participants on operational issues related to submissions. Report and escalate issues to the Program Manager.
- Data entry and translation: Collect data, provide translation from Chinese to English, and update information in the program portal to ensure timely reporting to participants. Process data accurately and efficiently. Report trends to the Program Manager. Track key data points as directed.
- Participant communication and engagement: Coach participants on the submission process as needed. Respond to operational questions and communicate with participants as needed to ensure a positive program experience.
Skills
Required: Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
Preferred:
- Familiarity with data tracking and processing tools
- Knowledge of intellectual property is beneficial (but not required)
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree
Experience
Required: One year of work experience (including internship experience)
Preferred:
- Experience in program administration or operational support
- Experience in customer service or participant engagement
Expected Pay
From $48,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year.
