Membership Options

Please Read Instructions Carefully Before Selecting a Membership Option

Membership is determined as follows:

Investigative Firms: The number full time private investigators as employees or as independent contractors, or alternately who hold themselves out to the public as operating out of 3 or 4 permanent physical locations

IP Owners: Determined by total annual income. For purposes of determining an IP Owner's "annual income", the IP Owner's total annual gross income shall include all reported incomes from the sale of all goods and services from all related companies, affiliates, and/or subsidiaries world/wide.

Law Firm: Number of Attorneys. For purposes of determining the size of a Law Firm, the number of lawyers in a Law Firm is based on the total number of full time lawyers in all practice areas, including all global offices.

Product Security/Online Enforcement Companies: Defined as an entity providing product brand security or online enforcement where they are not licensed as a private investigator or otherwise not generally providing private investigative services.

Trade Associations: Associations of trademark or IP holders represented as a group (by a standalone company or organization) which has either association or NO association members as separate members of the IACC.

Intermediary Companies: includes among others, payment service providers, credit card companies, transportation companies, e-commerce platforms, social media platforms, registrars and registries. (Invitation Only)

Next Steps *

Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Your application will be sent to the IACC Board for review. This process may take up to one week. IACC staff will contact you to keep you apprised for your application.

Please ensure your company description provides the necessary details for the IACC Board’s consideration. We may revert to you for more information and clarification if needed.

After the Board’s review, IACC staff will contact you. If your application is approved, you will receive a welcome email inclusive of an invoice for your membership dues.
