MAIN AREAS OF PRACTICE: Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement. We safeguard IP from anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy through preventive and corrective actions that include border measures. In cooperation with the Federal police, our work resulted in the first organised crime indictment arising from counterfeit goods. Since then, we are responsible for the greatest number of actions and seizures of illicit goods in Mexico. Intellectual Property Litigation. Trademarks, trade names, domain names and related rights.
