WE OFFER RESOURCES TO PROTECT YOUR BRANDS ONLINE
E-commerce platforms and other online providers are integral in the fight against fakes. That’s why we’ve partnered with the world’s largest e-commerce sites and credit card companies on programs that bring practical, concrete results. Members enjoy some programs at no additional cost and others at a discounted fee. (All program fees directly supplement the program’s operational cost.)
- IACC MarketSafe Program
This one-of-a-kind program helps companies enforce against online fakes on Alibaba’s platforms (Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Alibaba.com, AliExpress). Any SME (member or non-member) that is new to the program can participate for FREE through the IACC MarketSafe SME Program. Learn more here.
- IACC-Amazon Program
This IACC-member only program is available at no additional cost. It allows companies to escalate and resolve any issues they encounter when reporting infringements on Amazon; report on infringement scenarios not currently covered by Amazon’s traditional reporting tools; access enhanced reporting tools and information that is not normally available to companies; and provide brand information to Amazon to boost proactive anti-infringement measures. Learn more here.
- RogueBlock® Program
This program hits counterfeiters where it hurts most – their wallets. It also allows companies to disrupt counterfeiters’ operations on multiple sites through a single complaint submission. To do this, we’ve partnered with the world’s largest credit card companies and payment providers: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, MoneyGram, Western Union, Discover, Diners Club, etc. Members receive a 20% discount on program fees. Learn more here.
In addition to these formal programs, we’ve built strong relationships with numerous other online intermediaries, including Facebook, eBay, and Mercado Libre, and can facilitate your engagements on brand protection issues.
