Program Overview
The IACC-Temu Program provides participants with a streamlined process to escalate takedown notices originally submitted through Temu’s IP Portal or Brand Registry. The program also includes a way for participants to submit keywords and images that can help Temu identify and mitigate potential infringements before they occur. This program is open to IACC brand members.
Program Highlights
- Escalate issues submitted through the IACC Global Portal, including:
- Pending notices
- Notices met with an unsatisfactory response
- Rejected notices
- Submit keywords and images to strengthen proactive enforcement measures
- Participate in quarterly check-in calls with IACC and Temu
- Receive detailed feedback on escalation submissions
- Access to periodic status reports and insights
