New IACC–Temu Program:
Advancing Collaborative IP Enforcement
The IACC continues to expand its operational programs with ecommerce and social media platforms through the launch of its newest initiative – the IACC-Temu Program. Announced at the 2026 IACC Annual Conference in Orlando, the program follows more than a year of coordination between leadership and operational teams from the IACC and Temu. The organizations previously signed an MOU at the 2025 IACC Annual Conference in San Diego.
The program is designed to strengthen collaboration between the IACC and Temu while enhancing enforcement efforts on the platform. It provides brand members with additional support in resolving issues that may arise through Temu’s standard enforcement channels, creating a more streamlined and effective path for resolution.
This initiative reflects the IACC’s continued focus on partnership-driven programs that deliver practical results for members’ brand protection efforts. Programs like this are made possible through the commitment of partners like Temu, whose investment of time, resources, and operational support is critical to advancing effective IP enforcement.
IACC-Temu Program Highlights:
- Escalate issues submitted through the IACC Global Portal, including:
- Pending notices
- Notices met with an unsatisfactory response
- Rejected notices
- Submit keywords and images to strengthen proactive enforcement measures
- Participate in quarterly check-in calls with IACC and Temu
- Receive detailed feedback on escalation submissions
- Access periodic status reports and insights
The IACC-Temu Program is open to all IACC brand members at no additional cost.
